J715 driver
Loft options - 9.5°, 10.5°
Adjustability - The centre of gravity position can be altered to affect spin and trajectory. The loft can be changed up to 1° and the lie angle can be set 1° or 2° upright.
Key technology - The change in centre of gravity position is done on multiple axes to ensure a consistent feel. The crown is thin near the clubface and thickens towards the back of the club to enable it to flex slightly at impact for added distance. A milled pattern on the face reduces spin.
Test Report – Neil Tappin
For a classic-looking head there’s lots of technology on offer here. This is undoubtedly a driver for the confident player looking to get the most out of their already efficient driving. The compact head offered clear performance differences when the two weights were switched. Combined with the loft options, this is a model that you can dial in to find your ideal setting. Although it couldn’t match the forgiveness of some models, the J715 delivered a solid overall performance and joins a long list of eye-catching better-player models.
