JPX 850 driver
Loft options - 7.5° to 11.5°
Adjustability - Two eight-gram weights can be positioned on a central sliding rail or in slots in the heel and toe. This allows for 10 settings to vary spin rates and lateral trajectory. Each head has eight loft settings.
Key technology - As well as the weighting and loft adjustability available in the 440cc head, the JPX 850 also features a Rebound Crown. This means that the crown is designed to flex and then rebound at impact to help increase the distance on offer.
Test Report – Neil Tappin
The piecing blue crown is likely to divide opinion, but I loved the premium look and the way the driver sat behind the ball. The shape of the head is spot on and looks fantastic. Interestingly, I was more consistent with the weights split to the corners, but I hit my longest drives with them centred and moved forward to reduce spin. When the weights were moved back my spin went up around 300rpm. This shows that the technology works well. After finding the right setting and shaft combination, this was as long as any driver I tested.
